Steven Woodcock BSc MRICS, Managing Director

Steven possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning 35 years in many aspects of surveying, management and consultancy work. Steven formed the practice in 1993 and as Managing Director, still plays an active and enthusiastic role in the day-to-day running of the business.

Steven has many interests outside of work, which include supporting Lincoln City FC (Home and away) and running a mobile food trailer, in which he tours festivals and country shows. 

Serena Samways-Dalton BSc Hons, Digital Marketing Strategist

Serena is currently studying towards her Brand Leadership MSc and has recently graduated from the University of East Anglia (UEA) with a First Class Honours undergraduate degree in Marketing and Management. Serena's main responsibilities include further implementing the company's Digital Marketing Strategy and managing the company's Social Media Channels.

Outside of work and academia, Serena is a Grade 8 ballet dancer and is fully embracing student life.

Ashley Woods BSc (Hons) MCIOB, Senior Quantity Surveyor 

Ashley has over 7 years experience in the construction industry. Having graduated from university as a Quantity Surveyor with a first Class Honours degree; he is a Chartered Construction Manager and is currently undertaking the RICS APC to achieve MRICS status. Job roles include Pre and post Contract Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration and Construction Management.

Ashley is a keen rugby player at Holt RFC and is captain of the first fifteen. 

Cam Rivett BSc MRICS, MACostE, Senior Quantity Surveyor

With over 30 years in the industry, Cam has gained extensive experience and specialises in preparing bills of quantities, schedules of work and pricing schedules for tender enquiries.

Outside of work, Cam enjoys spending time on his allotment.

Jon Harper MCIOB, Senior Quantity Surveyor

Jon is a highly skilled construction professional with a breadth of experience spanning over 25 years. Jon's extensive background includes working for a Contractor, management of a Client surveying team, Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent and Project Management roles. 

In his spare time, Jon enjoys the great outdoors and is an occasional skier and cyclist.

Francis Davey FRICS FACS, Chartered Building Surveyor

An extremely capable and experienced Chartered Surveyor with a wide range of professional and management skills. Frank has 20 years' experience as an Expert Witness in Building Disputes, Professional Indemnity Claims and Boundary disputes. Professional interests include Building Conservation, Sustainability and Energy, and Building pathology/defect analysis.

Outside of work Frank enjoys disco dancing and tidying his desk.

Wesley May BSc Hons MSc ICIOB, Quantity Surveyor

Approximately 12 years of construction industry experience, in a variety of disciplines and managerial levels, has afforded Wesley with a well-rounded hands on working knowledge of construction processes and practices. Wesley joined the practice to expand his knowledge in both the public and private sectors and is now undertaking the APC pathway to become a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.

Wesley plays football for his local team Leiston St Margarets F.C and is also a keen golfer.

Ellie Linehan DipHE, Business Manager 

Ellie has a diploma in Business Management and a qualification in employment, Teamwork and community skills, which she obtained via the Norfolk Fire Service youth development Princes' Trust programme. Ellie attends to the administration function of the business, including; maintaining records, policies procedures and marketing.

In her Spare time Ellie enjoys urban Tango and playing the Bugle. 

Sarah Garbutt BSc (Hons), Director

An experienced Quantity Surveyor and proven team leader, Sarah enjoys the challenges of project delivery and is an active Project Manager and Contract Administrator, advising clients on all stages from initial project strategy to project handover in parallel with Quantity Surveying duties.

Outside of work, Sarah's time is spent being energetic with Yoga, walking, camping, swimming and family trips in the great outdoors. 

James Moy BA (Hons), Graduate Quantity Surveyor (Not Pictured)

James Graduated in 2015 with a 2:1 in Business Management (BA Hons) and has 2 years' experience working in a finance role, he has since decided to move into Quantity surveying and is currently studying a masters in Quantity Surveying at the University of Estate Management. 

James enjoys playing many sports, particularly Cricket, where he plays for his local side Sheringham. He is also a keen Leicester City supporter.
